Introduction:
the beginners guide took a very long time to put together. I wanted it well planned out so that anyone who wanted to start playing Outwars would know exactly what to do. Outwars was dis banned several years ago and there aren't a lot of websites out there that can help you learn how to play. if you've just begun then you are going to be playing with some people who have at least 2-4 years experience, 7 years max. since Outwars is not the type of game you can learn in a couple of days this will make it hard to play without getting frustrated. following these instructions will not instantly make you better but it will give you the knowledge needed to catch up to the rest of the community.

Controls:
most newcomers have trouble with their controls because there are so many. well when you get as much experience with the game as I have then you notice that there are only a few that you need. here is an example of my basic controls. every key that you see highlighted in blue is a key that I use. everything not highlighted are keys that I have unmapped due to the fact that I, nor does anyone else really need them. you do not have to use my controls because not everyone is the same but try and let them be a guide to help you find the setup that best suits you.
